This is really powerful stuff and part of the reason I chose a path of compassion.
I saw a lot of verbal and physical fighting and blood during my life growing up in the 1950s and 1960s. I see almost none now. Part of this is I chose a path of compassion and to physically move away from people yelling and screaming and physically fighting.
If people want to fight and scream and die I'm perfectly happy to be somewhere else while they do this. I call this "Natural Selection".
