When a Shia government took over Iraq because the U.S. supported the rule of the majority which was Shia not Sunni like Saddam Hussein was, this left the highest ranking Sunni Generals and officers without a country they could support as soldiers. So, when the Shia government turned completely against all Sunnis in the country they found a place in ISIS to overthrow not only Assad in Syria but also the Iraqi government in Iraq.
I suppose my question might be: "Since the Iraqi Sunni Officer core trained by Moscow for Saddam Hussein are Sunnis first and loyal to Sunni Traditions are they also loyal to Moscow and Putin?
If this is somewhat or completely true does Putin have a say in how they make their plans?
It only would take a few very high ranking former Iraqi Officers trained by Moscow in Iraq to work against Western powers to cause havoc to NATO and to the U.S. ongoing.
Also, Putin has been also pouring millions and millions of dollars in the past year into Neo Nazi groups in Europe from Greece, to France to Germany to wherever to try to destabilize European Governments.
Because he has been proven to be doing this it might make sense that he would use ISIS as a way to bleed military budgets in NATO, the MIDDLE EAST, and the U.S., Canada and Australia and other western powers.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
