The problem of the Terror of ISIS(ISIL) is affecting worldwide civilization in a bad way

I have had to step back a little from blogging so much about ISIS(ISIL) because it wasn't helping me be concerned and worried about this. It has become obvious to me (and to most other people that study this problem) that ISIS(ISIL) is actually more dangerous as a terrorist organization than it has been as a country in regard to it's danger to Europe and the U.S. because of trained ISIS(ISIL) soldiers who return with severe PTSD from being taught to rape women and to burn pilots alive for a living. These two things are likely to make animals of anyone who experiences this. So, civilizations will just tend to shoot this type of individual on sight rather than even trying them in a court of law. This is now a given given the conditions in the world now.

I find this all very disheartening because this will tend to make police and soldiers tend to kill civilians more and more in order to be on guard enough to deal with PTSD ISIS(ISIL) returnees that might literally do anything at anytime.

So, it isn't surprising when police shoot people that throw rocks like in the state of Washington. Or that they shoot people who act in any strange way at all. This is a direct result of soldiers like in ISIS(ISIL) and the Tsarnev brothers blowing up runners at the Boston Marathon and 9-11 and every other terrorist act here in the U.S. since 9-11 and terrorist acts in Europe, the middle East and AFrica and all over the world.

So, very sadly, people are going to be killed that are innocent all over the world because police and soldiers are in such a heightened state from all this we see in the news every day.

This also will result in a general loss of civil rights worldwide too until ISIS(ISIL) people are brought much more under control than they are now. In addition to this women around the world are going to be more nervous too and buying guns and knives to protect themselves and this will cause many more deaths too unless these women get some useful training and the psychological state engrained necessary to actually effectively use a weapon on a person. And many times they will kill innocent people too.
