If you notice the places that are the highest above their normal temperatures are Siberia and Alaska, Western Canada and the Western United States. And the places where they are much colder than normal are Eastern Canada, Northeastern U.S. ,Eastern India and just south of Greenland over into England. But now, look in the Pacific Ocean next to Canada, Alaska, The Western Coastal States, Mexico and the northern Tip of South America. All this is this year's El Nino in Action right now. What usually happens in a big El Nino is the Western Coastal States really get nailed and houses are washed off cliffs and beaches into the ocean a lot and there is a lot of flooding and flash flooding especially in the western and Western Coastal states.
