The last 5 articles are about Megatrends here on earth

Years ago now I read a book called Megatrends.
So, I decided to see what the Megatrends for Earth are now.
The last 5 articles are from a company specializing in Megatrends research. For example, the following fact is a Megatrends research item. When it takes 76 years for telephones to reach 1/2 of U.S. households but it only takes 10 years for a smartphone to reach 1/2 of U.S. households, you are going to have Earth shaking changes taking place in the hearts and minds of those 1/2 households in every way.

It is said that an African child with a smartphone now has more access to information than President Clinton did as President of the United States.

Think about the implications of this for a moment and realize there are now more cellphones than toilets on earth (solar charging)(wind charging) (water impeller charging) etc. In fact at the present time there are more cellphones than there are people on earth at present as well.

Also, children are growing up being educated to read on Smartphones, Ipads and computers in their native languages worldwide because Smartphones can now be translated into almost every language (about 100 or more of them). So, out in the middle of the desert somewhere a child is being taught to read as long as the data on his phone can reach the internet and phone calls can be made from there.

These kinds of changes are creating faster and faster change worldwide as people become aware of things worldwide at a much faster and faster clip. For example, I could watch NBC nightly news any night I wanted to if I wanted to wait 6 to 12 hours after it was on the air in the U.S. only I was in South Korea. Think about the implications of this for a moment. With a wifi connection I could visit any American site in South Korea that I wanted to as long as I went through DuckDuckgo first which suppresses where I was going on the Internet until I went to a specific site other than DuckDuckGo.

Yes. it was a little difficult at times when Korean characters came up that I didn't know about what they were. But, if I made a good guess I could go anywhere including blogging on my blog from South Korea as long as I had wifi. And internet connections there were about 10 to 20 times faster than anything I had ever seen in the U.S. also.
