The reason for this is ISIS is converting from a Battlefield economy back to a purely "Terrorist" economy. So, by selling tanks and cannons and sophisticated hardware to others they can then spend that money on kalashnikovs and bomb vests instead. They also don't have to pay soldiers salaries either. So, this millions of dollars (possibly up to 1 billion dollars) they now can spend on ending the global economy. This could be happening for 5 or 10 years with the amount of money ISIS has presently available if they don't have to pay soldiers or maintain tanks, cannons, a country, infrastructure. So, the world is going to be pretty difficult until ISIS runs out of money I think. Not to prepare for this outcome by all countries is pretty stupid. Because what I'm outlining here is only logical.
For example, the present ISIS wolf pack attacks are not very expensive. What do they have to pay for? Plane tickets. Hotel rooms, food, bomb vests? This might be done completely for under 5000 to 10,000 dollars. So, this is a threat to the global economy of many nations as they strategically hit tourism in places that can least afford to lose tourism.
I'm concerned about what at least one terrorist action per week is going to do to the world over the next few years as ISIS likely keeps up these attacks ongoing. Weaker nations governments are going to collapse.
As I predicted in the last few years as an intuitive this may start happening now.
It is unfortunate that Saddam Hussein and Qadhaffi are gone now because at least Iraq and Libya wouldn't be the mess they are now. They were a problem but what we have now is even worse.
Look at what is already happening in the unraveling of the EU?
Through Brexit which was caused primarily by Syria refugees which was caused by Assad, Iran and Russia.
