It took me to PEACE
How?
At first when God allowed me to soul travel I thought it took effort to soul travel.
I then believed Time and Space was real.
However, it is not.
Time and space is Temporal which means temporary.
Within 10 years of soul traveling (between ages 20 and 30) I noticed that wherever I traveled to in the universe I was already there.
So, my realization was: That if this was true this likely meant that the universe exists only in God's mind.
And if the universe only exists in God's mind then this means that there is only one being in the universe.
And if there is only one being in the universe then we are all God's "Imaginary Friends".
And if we are God's Imaginary friends then we are all God to begin wtih.
And if we are all God to begin with then we are everywhere and immortal.
And if we are already everywhere and immortal as God's Soul then we are forever with God because we are all God.
And if we are all God then there is nothing to fear but fear itself because there is no death.
Only imaginary ones.
So, unless we want to feel fear to be entertained by it or to die by fear in our temporal physical bodies, fear has no use whatsoever to our immortal souls which in reality exist ONLY in the pure Being of God.
So, this is how Soul Travel after about 10 years of realizations brought me to peace.
So, my meditation and contemplation is the Peace of being one with the Pure Being of the immortal God which is actually the truth for all of us.

To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
