Ever since the U.S. learned Russia has GPS Spoofing ability it seems very odd to me why you would prosecute U.S. Naval Captains for murder of crewmen as being responsible because if we don't have a defense against Russian GPS Spoofing this is very very odd indeed.
This only makes sense if we want to hide the fact that we don't have a defense against Russian GPS spoofing of any device including missiles. So, this would include Ships, planes and missiles.
So, likely captains of U.S. Naval ships are being prosecuted for murder of crewmen because we don't have a defense at present against Russian GPS spoofing of all devices yet.
As an intuitive I can tell you the Russians caused these ships to crash into each other purposely to try to get the U.S. (specifically Trump) not to nuke North Korea. That's why all these U.S. sailors died.
It's a lot like the old Cold War again when Russian and U.S. Servicemen died all the time but it was kept secret from the public then too.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
