The Time Cover of the magazine reminds me a lot of 1968 to 1974 with Nixon: Both thought they were above the law

. This cover of a madman like Nixon in office once again. Both are paranoid in somewhat the same way. The main difference is Nixon likely was the best U.S. Statesman president of the 20th century. He prevented war with both China especially and also Russia. If he wasn't so paranoid and a megalonmaniac like Trump Nixon likely would have been a good president. Whereas you have a real estate developer with too big of an ego pretending to be president instead of the best statesman of the 20th century as president. So, you have Trump Pretending to be president while being blackmailed by PUtin as opposed to Nixon who was a total patriot who was just too paranoid and too much of an emperor for his own good.
