This is a company that manufactures various kinds of lead shielding for different purposes. When I looked online I couldn't find companies that will custom lead line your vehicle for electrical corona safety directly. So, maybe it now has a name I don't know to sort for online. But, maybe this company can direct you to it's products or another company which will custom lead line your interior of your electric or hybrid so it is actually safe for babies and kids to ride in.
However, as I'm thinking about this more lead can be poisonous (but you likely would have to eat it in this form for it to be a problem) so fabric should cover your lead lining on your vehicle too. It doesn't have to be very thick to shield from Electric radiation and really doesn't have to be thicker than the lead apron you wear while getting dental x-rays.
