The way humans are "chipped" worldwide is by their cell phones

When UFOs have visited earth since before human civilizations began on earth maybe 100,000 to several million years ago they usually put a chip (often in the back of the neck) of people they were connected with, in exactly  the way soldiers and dogs and cats are chipped now worldwide to keep track of them. During World War II and the Viet Nam War soldiers still wore dog tags as a way of keeping track of who was alive and who was already dead or dying.

But now, governments of Earth and beyond "Chip" everyone who can read by the GPS signals coming from their cell phones worldwide. This makes a lot of sense now because there are at least 6 billion cell phones on earth now if not more. In fact, there are more cell phones of all kinds than families have flush toilets worldwide.

And there are likely more solar chargers for cell phones than anything else because there are no power lines where most people live on earth either. So, you either use the sun or a river or stream with a water impeller or a wind generator or just a crank to spin and generate your own electricity into your cell phone where there are ONLY  microwave towers and not even toilets worldwide.

But, not realizing all governments on earth have "chipped" you through your phone just like Aliens have done to their contacts for millions of years is to be very naive.

Why is this important?

Every time you correct time by going back in time to prevent a nuclear blast of a city or any blast not agreed to by all nations of the United Nations you have to have a computer record of where everyone was before and after all time changes so you don't majorly screw up time lines.

So, computers keep track of all this where Every single cell phone is worldwide every single moment. This is one of the primary functions of the NSA to keep track of all this for Retroactive Time Travel to correct and prevent nuclear blasts when they happen on behalf of the United Nations.

All massive losses of life beyond a certain amount of people dying are often corrected in this way.

I think the amount where you have the impetus to bring back the dead through retroactive time travel is around 1 to 5 to 10 million people dying on the same day somewhere on earth.

Why?

Because this amount of people dying causes so much chaos it can cause Great Depressions and Great Recessions to occur because of all the "Walking Wounded" that result from this many deaths in one day or week anywhere on earth.

Also, there are only 6 degrees of separation between any person and any other person on earth. In other words someone you know (6 times away) knows everyone on earth.

Look how many people on earth have been directly affected by the 17 School children dying in Florida (on top of all the others) since Columbine in Colorado?
