Why will winds increase exponentially this century?

And why will oceans also rise exponentially and wipe out many low lying cities worldwide?

Because heat drives winds. There are two main factors that create winds. one is the planet revolving and the other is heat mainly in the oceans. There is not enough heat stored in the lands to make a difference. The only thing that really acts as a heat "Battery" are the oceans of the world.

So, as global warming increases through fires and burning fossil fuels and burning plants from slash and burn farm growing techniques to whatever, the heat is trapped by the atmosphere and this also causes the heat to be applied to oceans, and it also causes all the ice on earth to eventually melt and join the oceans. And as the oceans heat up it takes less and less sun heat to cause evaporation and this increases evaporation so there is more rain, more winds caused by the heat and so we have this vicious cycle of increasing heat worldwide.

The first thing you likely are going to see is people working nights where it is too hot to work during the day. So, people will sleep more during the day and work and play more during the nights in hotter places worldwide.

Another potential solution is building homes either under the ground or building dirt burms over the top of homes so they don't take on the heat of the sun or air so much. Another way is to build into the sides of hills or mountains as well.

another thing you are going to see is more ships becoming submarines to avoid the high wind storms that will exponentially increase overturning luxury liners that tourists travel in all over the world.

Because once you go under the water 10 or 20 feet the storms mostly abate and the waters become calmer at depth.
