It's possible. That's why this is so crazy what Trump is doing now. So, the "Blue Flu" of TSA employees forced to work but not getting paid makes sense. They still have to pay their bills, feed their kids, pay their rent and car payments to stay solvent to not be "Homeless". That Trump doesn't seem to understand this is "Beyond Belief" of just how "out of Touch" or how much Trump "Doesn't Care" about Federal Workers in general.
Trump may well create a REAL National Emergency if this results in another 9-11 somewhere from Blue Flu TSA employees not showing up to work and instead working temporary jobs so they can actually get paid and pay their bills to keep their kids fed and alive and rent paid.
Then on top of this China is saber rattling regarding Taiwan. What happens if the U.S. has to defend Taiwan's sovereignty?
Trump in a real crisis likely would be really really bad for everyone on earth especially Americans.
