from conversations with Creators who create and maintain galaxies, time ONLY exists in matter realm galaxies and nowhere else like here in our Milky Way Galaxy. But, it takes a being that naturally lives without time or space to be able to better cope with this. I have heard some soul traveling yogis like to go out beyond the edge of the galaxy soul traveling and to stay there for long periods simply because it is an easy way to "Throw off the cares (as well as time and space) of this world while still having a body to live in here on earth.
However, going past the edge of the galaxy was completely terrifying for me personally. And when I first did this in my mid 20s it scared me so bad I didn't want to soul travel around the galaxy anymore for several years after that until I started meeting Tibetan Lamas whose presence regarding all this calmed me down once again and I realized how it could be done (traveling to other galaxies besides this one for example). But, it wasn't like they spoke to me about all this (it was all whispered lineage stuff) where you either know how to do it or you don't do it in the first place. Some things cannot be taught through talking about them or writing about them anyway. It's like surfing a big wave you either do it right or you don't try otherwise you are just dead and that's all. So, it's like this with soul travel too.
You have to have the ability and knowledge somehow and then you have to just do it but also it's important to ask for divine help so you don't die while soul traveling too. It's not useful if your physical body dies while you are soul traveling.
