If you are member of the Galactic Time Guard of the Policing Group or the Galactic Anthropologist groups or others, often you have installed in your body a "Biocom". The trick with all this is the technological proficiency of the planet you are visiting and what their relationship with the Galactic Government is (if any).
For example, the 1987 versions of "Biocom" were specifically designed not to be found by present day technologies of 1987 at that time.
However, for example, a new Police operative or Galactic Anthropologist studying life forms on earth would now be sent with an entirely different set of technology than before. It would be (now in April 2019) technology undistinguishable from red corpuscles, white corpuscles, nerve tissue or muscle tissue or neurons in the brain and all this technology would operate on the voltages the human body uses. It could be hair or bone as well and indistinguishable from the real thing as well.
However, if you study the biological technologies researchers are working on today on earth likely it would be 100 to 500 years in advance of that.
Presently it is my experience that this is what is presently happening on earth and throughout the galaxy. However, if you see this as science fiction I'm happy with that too. Because you have to start somewhere studying all this as it relates to earth, the Galaxy and other galaxies.
