Senator Ted Kennedy tried to create something like Obamacare since the 1960s and failed
Only when Obama had a majority in both the Senate and the House of Democrats was he able to create Obamacare. But, think about this for a moment: before this NO ONE has been able to create anything like this for the last 100 years time. The point I'm making here is unless a party (the Democratic party has a majority in both houses no more Obamacare like program can be passed. Period. This is totally pragmatic and realistic by the way. So, I think Warren and Sanders and Harris are being somewhat dishonest with voters when they think they can just waltz in and pass something like this when ONLY Obama did this and Senator Kennedy and everyone else that wanted this tried for about 50 years or more unsuccessfully to do this. Obama was the first one actually able to do this of everyone who tried. Even Hillary tried while President Bill Clinton was in office too. And she was unsuccessful too.
