This is the problem the world faces now. And if Iran and Saudi Arabia get nukes one and then both will use them. (At least the religious radicals of both countries will make sure they are used). And this is a problem for everyone in the Middle East, Africa and Europe and anyplace near to Iran or Saudi Arabia.
Where would Saudi Arabia get nukes?
Likely North Korea or an Arms Dealer willing to take risks or both.
Where would Iran get nukes?
They would either build them themselves or buy them likely from North Korea.
