How many of you are having panic attacks that start about 4:30 Am PDT?

I woke up this morning at about 4:30 am feeling like I was smothering. I had talked to my doctor about this and he said that short quick breaths induce hypoxia and panic attacks chemically in a human body. So, he recommended breathing long slow very deep breaths instead. I seem to be having problems at these times from 4:30 until maybe 7:30 or 8am PDT. Are you also having this problem?

In the 1970s these types of problems began for people when governments started to use satellites to reprogram people's brains to be more docile and more robot like. Apparently, they are doing this again since Trump is in office because it is like Clockwork right now I have noticed. I remember them doing this during the Nixon Administration too in the early 1970s before and after the Viet Nam War ended. It made people really crazy then and some people couldn't handle it and killed themselves like they are now too.

My wife told me I yelled out in my sleep about 1/2 hour ago at 7:30am even though I don't remember actually being asleep or this happening. This is not like me by the way for this to happen.

However, it's true many people are freaking out today on the 18th anniversary of 9-11 which traumatized the whole country unnecessarily.

So, if you are having problems like me from about 4:30Am PDT to 8AM  just know it is the government trying to reprogram your minds to be more lock step with them like they started doing during Nixon's time in office too.

If you understand it is mass mind rape then dealing with it might be possible in some useful way too.

How does this technology work?

Basically, every animal or human is like a radio or TV transmitter and receiver. So, by broadcasting from space on frequencies that human minds receive and send from and trying to reprogram how people think at a deep enough level causes them to either collapse under the craziness or to freak out and self destruct. From a Trump point of view either would be okay from his point of view.

Just start by writing down when you wake up sort of strangely between 4:30 AM and after and notice how things are not right with yourself or the world. By Chronicling all this you begin to take back control of your own lives from these negative influences. This is a start to get a handle on all this to take back control of your mind and life from those who would steal it all from you. In other words: "Fight Back!"

Note: my daughter learned a method in Ireland where she was studying that says that panic attacks are induced by breathing through your mouth. So, it is better (She says) to always breathe through your nose if possible so you don't accidentally induce a panic attack by breathing wrong in your unease.

However, if your nose is stuffed up obviously this cannot work. But, Generally speaking she says you can avoid an induced panic attack by breathing through your nose only by not breathing through your mouth and this will stabilize you more quickly when you are experiencing real or imagined distress.

So, Slow very deep breathing through your nose likely will stabilize you better in all this. Don't do quick breaths even through your mouth because that can induce a panic attack chemically in your body.
