First, you have to have enough time and freedom in your life to do this. For example, if you have a repetitive task where you don't need 100% of your attention on something all the time sometimes you can be praying and multitasking if this is safe to do. Otherwise, it's better to wait until you can give it your full attention. I have learned to be in a "Prayerful state) when I'm driving a car, walking my dog, watching television, or blogging or even talking to my wife or someone else. But, it took me time to master doing this.
The first thing you have to do is to take care of yourself and the ones you are responsible for and then if you are successfully doing that then if you are capable you can add things one by one but only when it is physically safe for all involved.
So, to successfully do this you have to have a good handle on physical reality and mental and emotional and spiritual reality too to do this successfully. But, once you learn to do this you become a powerful manifester of good in everyone's lives including your own wherever you are on earth.
