The Legacy Software at blogger.com is still available. However, if you want to get a new post to blog on you have to go to the new software which means you can in another window be in the legacy software but you can no longer open a new post in legacy software. So, if you want to use the legacy software you can but you have to click on the button doing research in one window and be on the new software in another window at the same time because you can no longer get a new post window in legacy software. But, I have found a way finally to give you word buttons for my most read articles (at least for now) unless they change what is possible to do once again.
