If you don't know how to grab the whole URL and use it if you are in Chrome (and other browsers are often similar to Chrome) you go up to the Edit Button which is third from top left of your screen where on the upper left it says "Chrome" then "File" then "Edit".

Now Click on "Edit"

A Scroll should drop down and on the scroll (once you have left clicked while dragging mouse over the URL you want so it now is lit up by a all colored (usually blue or purple) then click "Copy" in drop down scroll.

Next (if you have your place at top of screen open that has your HTML or HTTP area, you place your cursor with your mouse on the left of this area and then after you have placed your cursor with your mouse click paste. Your URL that you just copied should magically appear in you HTTP area or HTML area. Now click your "Return" button and you should go to the URL listed.

NOTE: "Paste" is also in the drop down scroll from "Edit"

Note: By the way a left click on a laptop is often just holding your left finger down on the left portion of the  pad and then moving the cursor over the part where you want to cover with blue or purple (depending upon what your computer does) (This is if you never left clicked on a laptop before using the mouse pad built in.)
