What I mean by this is that he said that it was inevitable now that he would become president which is true.
But he didn't declare victory yet because that wasn't appropriate yet. This will get all the people together more on the same page and time to accept the fact that Biden will be the next President of the United States which is now inevitable given the vote counts in all states.
More people have voted for Biden than for any president in the history of the United States already. More Americans have voted than at any time since 1900.
So, realistically speaking, more people voted for Biden than for any president including Obama in 120 years.
This is all undeniable truth and all the American people need time to digest all this and to think about it.
