Have enough compassion for yourself and your family to survive all this!

When the going gets tough the tough get going!

This has always been true. As you watch people you know self destruct in various ways around you remember only if you are able to keep going will you and your family survive all this.

Something I realized fairly young watching people work themselves to death in the 1950s and 1960s. I realized that just working 9 to 5 7 days a week kills people. So, in a sense being a workaholic kills people. I watched them die one by one in the 1950s and 1960s by suicide by working too hard and not watching their diets or their exercise.

So, what this taught me is:

1. Eat good organic food.

2. exercise by running and jogging and bicycling and having fun doing things like Surfing and Scuba Diving and rock climbing and all sorts of fun ways to get exercise like Climbing Mountains and hiking with friends and girlfriends all over the place.

I also learned: "Work Smarter not Harder".

I learned the work smarter not harder after watching so many many people die that literally worked themselves to an early grave. My cousin worked for a lawyer that died at age 42. I watched people in Construction in the trades be meat and potatoes men die starting in their mid 30s from heart attacks and almost all tradesmen then were dead by 50 if they didn't slow down by their 40s at the very least.

So, working until they died was pretty normal before the 1970s at least. Working oneself to death literally was what most people did before the 1970s when people started to jog and exercise more and eat organic food and think about recycling plastic and aluminum and glass and stuff like that.

So, have enough compassion for yourself and your children not to just work yourselves to death and leave them grieving for dead parents from overwork or coronavirus.

Work Smarter not harder. 9 to 5 7 day a week jobs just kill people and that's all.

So, I realized I needed to own my own businesses and college helped me do that (starting and buying businesses) so I could educate my children and make sure they all went to college and had a good start too.

If you want to survive this life and get your kids to survive you have to be very very creative and innovative. Otherwise, you just die before your time. This I have watched my whole life.

Learn from all the mistakes of everyone around you and create a better life for your own children than you had yourselves.

By God's Grace
