States with coronavirus up more than 50% in cases from last week in these states

Washington State

Wyoming

New Mexico

Oklahoma

Minnesota

Iowa

Illinois

Tennessee

Louisiana

New York

Pennsylvania

Vermont

New Hamshire

New Jersey

Massachusetts

And the only states not growing in cases by 10%  to 50% and holding steady this week are:

Montana

North Dakota

Kansas

Texas

Virginia

So, in all other states but these last ones cases are growing from 10% to 50% over the last week.

In fact in California where I live there are now over 1 million cases of coronavirus so far out of about 40 million people in the state which comes out as 2.5% of the state has had coronavirus at this point. But, most of these cases (since there are 25 million people in Southern California) are in southern California not northern California where the majority of the population of California lives. I live on the northern California Coast nearer to San Francisco. And the majority in Southern California seem to be nearer to Arizona and Mexico who both have had a hard time regarding Coronavirus as well.

The one thing I like about coastal California is that most people here wear masks because if you don't you will be fined or possibly if you refuse to wear a mask put in jail for disobeying this rule in most cities on the California coast now. This means we have many many less people dying of coronavirus (per capita) than most red states at this time which also means our hospitals aren't so overwhelmed that they can't save anyone's lives from any cause like in so many red states now.

I also just found out you have to shelter in place for 14 days or two weeks whenever you come into this state from another state even if you are a resident here which means you cannot work at any job outside your home for 14 days until you shelter in place this long. However, you could work online during this 14 day quarantine in place.

Oh, We found out that our friends did not have coronavirus and likely were infected through a flu shot. I had met another gentleman up at Castle lake near Mt. Shasta who said his doctor told him not to get flu shots for this reason anymore too. But, this problem is more common if you are over 50 or 60 years of age so it is far more likely after you have retired than before to happen to you.
