When 15% ICU bed capacity happens in California regions extreme restrictions take place by region

Here are the latest capacities by region:

Bay area region is at 25.30% capacity for the 11 Bay Area Counties

The San Joaquin Region ICU bed capacity is at 19.70% capacity for these 12 counties

The Southern California ICU bed capacity is at 20.60% capacity for those 11 counties

The northern California region is at 18.60% capacity for those 11 counties

The Greater Sacramento Region is at 22.20% capacity for those 13 counties.

So, the point is all these regions are over the 15% capacity and have to do extreme shutdowns so we don't get so high (the capacities) that everyone is dying instead of being able to go to the hospital for anything serious including coronavirus or anything else that is serious.

This is from KSBW News a little after 6 pm in their local northern California news segment on December 3rd 2020.
