Even if you can't type because you never learned one could theoretically use "Siri" on your phone and if you are connected to a printer through your phone you could print your texts or your emails that you are verbally dictating into "Siri".
However, I don't do this because I don't trust what is done with the information that they take from interactions with people. I prefer to type because I learned to type in a summer school class in the 7th grade around 1960. I found typing really sped up my term papers that I created by the time I was 15 on the "History of the Automobile". I found that I stayed up all night one night to finish this term paper and got a really good grade on it partly because I could type it all up.
Then when home computers started for me with the TRS-80 in 1978 and before that in college in the late 1960s typing was really important in getting things done quickly and efficiently. But, most of all I liked using computers because I could fix mistakes I made typing without using Correct tape or correction fluid. This was a much faster way to come up with a perfectly typed page with no mistakes on it except in spelling errors or in context.
But, nevertheless, if you can write down what you are feeling it might not eat you alive during these times and give you cancer or an ulcer or something. So, writing your feelings down can help you stay alive and also possibly be a history marker useful in writing something else later that might be useful to your family to survive a future pandemic possibly too.
Because as long as species are going extinct here on earth it is going to automatically trigger pandemics in humans as bridge species cause pandemics when they go extinct and nature goes further and further out of balance worldwide.
Because every species has a purpose here on earth whether we presently understand it's function or not in order to create balance in the ecosystem. And when the ecosystem goes off further and further then we will be one of the species going extinct on earth too eventually unless we can stop the extinction process somehow of thousands to millions of plants and animals and birds and other species.
