1/3 of China's wheat Crop was lost do to flooding which prevented them planting on time because of the extreme flooding in China

This is setting up an extreme chain reaction in Asia and the Middle East where wheat will be too expensive to buy at all for poorer people. 

China will buy most of the wheat crop grown in Ukraine and Southern Russia. But, because of the War in Ukraine wheat isn't being grown in Ukraine at all because all the farmers had to turn into soldiers. And this might also be true of Southern Russia because of all the military disruptions happening to both countries and the amounts of Russians and Ukrainians now dying in this war.

So, the combination of 1/3 of China's wheat crop going unplanted because of extreme flooding caused by Global Climate changes, and the war in Ukraine is a disaster for people that eat wheat products of all kinds in the Middle East and all parts of Asia ongoing this year.

This will also cause problems for the poorest of people in the U.S. and throughout the world because as the price of wheat goes up more people are going to be starving worldwide.

This problem in China now will increase because of all parts of China one by one being locked down with no one able to work doing anything when lockdowns occur. So, starvation likely will get worse and worse in China over time throughout this year. This could completely destabilize the state Government of China over this year until this time next year at least.

So, the repression of areas of China one by one will have millions and potentially up to a billion people screaming instead of just in Shanghai by this time next year. It is unknown how all this turns out not only in China but in Russia the next couple of years simply because you can only repress people so much before they rebel in various ways.
