If you look at the 1500 pages the government just released it would seem so. People complain about how mind warped Russians are who believe what Russian Government sponsored brainwashing is about regarding Ukraine.
However, what about all the false and misleading information and the killing and imprisoning of Americans who spoke the truth about their real life Alien Encounters from the 1930s until around 1991?
Then all sorts of information was released until you couldn't talk about anything again after 2001 and Bin Laden?
So, what I"m saying is the U.S. government brainwashed Americans to try to get them not to believe any UFO stuff and to destroy the career of any American who talked about real stuff before they retired.
So, real UFO stuff caused people to "Disappear" if they wouldn't shut up either dead or shut away in solitary confinement somewhere or people just lost their careers and their reputations were ruined.
In regard to UFO stuff Americans were completely brainwashed against it all just like Putin and the Communists brainwashed their people too.
Why?
Because Americans couldn't know about time travel used to correct the nuking of cities and Europe and the U.S. and other places including the end of earth and turning it into an asteroid belt. Because Eisenhower made it possible to fix everything nuclear by altering time after it happened with the Time Space Saucers he bought from aliens.
