The Russian Government says that ammunition blew up on the Moskva (by the way Moskva means Moscow in Russian). The Ukrainian government says that it blew up the ship with two Neptune Cruise missiles made in Ukraine. The Russian Government says that all 500 crew members have been evacuated from the Moskva. The Ukrainian government believes the Moskva has sunk. This was the Russian Flagship in the Black Sea and worth billions of dollars along with at least 16 cruise missiles on board and commissioned during the Soviet Union in 1983.
I tend to believe that whatever happened, the ship has sunk and that the crew that survived the blast has been taken off the ship.
Once again we are dealing a little bit with "The Fog of War".
