Biden appears to be too "Out of it" to do what is best for the Country

 More and more the people loyal to him are acting like he is playing with a full deck instead of seeing who he really is "an old man no longer capable physically at least of being president". He might be mentally capable of being president but it is completely obvious to anyone who has cared for an elder that he is not physically capable of being president anymore.
