begin quote of Dharma Definition:
(in Indian religion) the eternal and inherent nature of reality, regarded in Hinduism as a cosmic law underlying right behavior and social order. (in Buddhism) the nature of reality regarded as a universal truth taught by the Buddha; the teaching of Buddhism.
an aspect of truth or reality.
"all dharmas are forms of emptiness"
Origin
end quote.
The experience of Dharma I find to be a little different than described above. I think one way to put it is "What goes around comes around." So, if you are kind to yourself and others often people and life in general is kind to you too. If you pray for others others often pray for you. If you are a good friend to others they are good friends to you. If you are loyal to others often those people are loyal to you too.
So, living dharma I would say to me means: "What Goes around Comes around" another way to say this is: "As ye Sow so shall ye reap".
So, if you want a good life help others to have good lives too if you can.
By God's Grace
This is how I would describe "Living Dharma" in action in people's lives.
Sanskrit, literally ‘decree or custom’.
