Also, I don't need to you believe any of this. However, if it makes sense to you in a more scientific way then maybe it might be useful to you as a hypothesis, Theory or even Law depending upon your background.
My present experience leads me to believe that the Original Creator of the Galaxy and his wife (who also created this galaxy) because the Creator wouldn't have created this Galaxy if it wasn't for his children who were going to be born at that time. In fact, this is the reason why all galaxies are created is what I am told during this lifetime too.
However, according to what the Present Galactic Sentience and his Father have told me the present Galactic Sentience was and is Jesus and his Father Joseph was the Creator of the Galaxy and Mary his mother was the female Creator of this Galaxy.
So, having Jesus be born was some kind of Galactic Initiation for him in taking over the reins of Government of the whole Galaxy at that time. This is what appears to be true to me right now.
But, just like most scientific Questions regarding the nature of the Galaxy and reality in general I have many more questions than I do answers about all of this.
However, at present this appears to be what is true according to the best of my ability as an intuitive and Seer who often sees the future as well as the deep past of our Galaxy.
How many incarnations could the original Creator of the Galaxy and his wife be living here on earth with right now?
There is no limit to the amount of incarnations they could be living in here on earth or throughout the Galaxy.
How many incarnations could the Jesus figure be living on earth right now?
There is no limit to the Jesus incarnations that could be living on earth right now or at any time in the past, present or future of Earth or anywhere in the Galaxy on any timeline.
