Developing a writing style

 From my present perspective at age 77 a writing style usually comes from all your experiences in life up to developing a writing style you like. 

Also, anything pretty much you can think about you can write about as long as people are not too offended by what you say in your writing.

However, I'm not interested really in offending people at all.

But, I am interesting in what is real in life. I don't like fake things much at all.

Because being fake often is fatal in people's lives so being genuine you are more likely to survive your life.

However, I understand what people often are fake.

Often people are fake and don't know it.

But, this is something different.

This type of fakeness comes from never venturing outside your home with your parents where you have any genuine experiences in life of your own separate from your parents.

So, often this type of person doesn't realize just how fake they appear to other people who have individuated more

 Should you tell someone that they are fake?

I think mostly this isn't useful. People either get out and have enough experiences not to appear fake or they don't. It's really very individual whether people can be taken seriously or not at all by other people.
