Intuitive fred888: Eldorado(1966) is a classic cult film of John Wayne and Robert Mitchum (if you like old cowboy movies)

The reason we actually watched this movie on Prime (for around $3.79) last night is that James Caan my wife and I realized he had passed on and we watched another grandfather movie (can't remember the name right now that likely was his last movie (mayb at Netflix). He was 26 years old and this likely was his first big part in a hit movie then in 1966. In 1966 I graduated High School at a private school in Santa Fe, New Mexico but I likely first saw this movie someplace like the Alex theater in Glendale where I grew up from age 8 to 21. The only movie I think I saw at a theater in Santa Fe was likely Thunderball with two kids from my private school who had never seen a James Bond movie before because their parents didn't let them watch TV or go to movies then.

Whereas in my family movies for my mother at least were a big part of her life since around 1924 with her father and sisters in Alkai Point in Seattle Washington where she mostly grew up even though she was born in Omaha, Nebraska.
