Everyone has their own style of writing

I didn't come up with a style I really liked until I was 32 years old. I had just gotten remarried then in 1980 and we had just got a couple of milk goats from the Zen Abbey in Mt. Shasta area one was an Alpine and the other was a Nubian goat. The alpine milk was less cream and the nubian was very creamy but the alpine didn't get mastitis and we couldn't afford the vet to treat her so we gave her back to the Abbey where they always had 20 to 40 goats and kept the Alpine goat then.

The place we were renting at the time I noticed has been torn down now because it was old even then was a two story place likely built in the 1920s or 1930s. It had a traditional front lawn and I looked up at Mt. Shasta on a beautiful Spring or summer day and finally came up with a writing style I liked a lot and that entertained me a lot.

I would call my style now a Legendary Science fiction style.

At the time I thought I was writing therapeutic Science fiction for only myself and maybe my family and friends to read at that time because I had studied to become a psychologist in my 20s for several years but my first wife got pregnant so I had to stop school to work to take care of the three of us.

So, I was a single Dad of a then 5 years old son and she was a single Mom of two children a boy and a girl and we both had gotten divorced in 1977 and 1978. So, since we were the same age we were kind of going through the same things in our life and trying to find a way forward then.

My writing style came out of all these changes and i was pretty happy at the time too and life was getting better. In fact, I would have to say that 1980 to 1985 was the happiest i had ever been in my life up until then (from age 32 to age 37) when my father died I was 37 and this was not good for me in my life at all and I had a hard time watching him die when he didn't have to. If he had just removed his prostate instead of trying.  a macrobiotic diet instead He might have lived to be one hundred instead of dying at 69.

So obviously I was bitter about losing my very strong and intelligent father when I didn't have to. So, this made life much harder for me and the people around me after that for about 13 years until I almost died myself for around a year which changed me into the person I am now more.

It's about gratitude for every moment of life you have left with your family and your grandkids and your friends. So, now I'm grateful always for every moment I have left with them all.

So, my writing style came out of the new happiness in my life of getting married again and living in Mt. shasta and then we bought land 2 1/2 acres and built a home there too which was wonderful also. But, my father was still alive in 1980 but was gone by 1985. So, he only lived about 4 years after retirement because of not taking care of his prostate before it metasticized into Bone cancer and then he was gone.

Most writers have a style of writing in and mine evolved through the experiences of my life. At the time in 1980 I thought I was writing therapeutic Science Fiction mostly for me to heal myself of childhood and young adult traumas.

However, by the time 1998 and 1999 came along I began to see as I prepared to die then that what this really was I was writing was stories about previous lives I had lived in the past, present and future.

However, I didn't know this until 1998 and 1999 as I prepared to pass on when I was around 50 years old. By this time my son was around 24 or 25 years old and I was remarried for a 3rd marriage and we had a daughter as I believed I might be dying and she was only 2 1/2 years old. So, mostly I stayed alive (because it was very difficult to stay alive) for my children then who were 2 1/2, around 10, and maybe 24 years old.

I have pretty much stayed with this style of writing because I love it and it serves me well as a healing influence in my life in dealing with the traumas of past, present and future lives I have already lived on earth and on other planets and in outer space for the last 7 million years and I remember at least 1 million years into the future of lives I have already lived too.

This wouldn't have made any sense to me at all in 1980 because I believed in Reincarnation but I was all into linear reincarnation which is maybe I was a roman centurian at the time of Christ in Israel then then maybe I had another incarnation within 200 to 400 years forward in time maybe either in the middle East or in Europe or both. So, I remember a lot of this stuff which is okay but also difficult too if I got into it too much.

HOwever, the most useful part of this is often we reincarnate with friends and also people we might have difficulties with both.

So, understanding this is important so I know when I meet someone often my histories with them in the past, present and future.

You might say "How is this possible?" Well. I have discovered that our Souls (or what I call our soul species) does not usually live in time and space so they can experience the past, present and future in the same moment which I find mind blowing when I discovered this first in 1998 and 1999.

However, now I know how things actually work (at least from my present perspective) which is always evolving as I get more useful information about what is actually going on in all our lives in the past, present and future.

Here is the first thing I wrote in the 1980 Style or Writing that I still like a lot:
