Garbage in Garbage out? This is the main problem with AI that I see. You only get good information if you have good information you start with

 When I was studying computers and computer programming and learning to operate IBM computers and equiment in 1966 one of the big things they taught us is "GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT".

This is still true today. For example, it doesn't really matter how smart AI is if it has bad information that it is doling out as facts when it isn't factual.

Here is but one example.

Someone asked an AI if they were immortal could they drink cyanide and live?

And the AI answered back: "If you are immortal you can drink Cyanide and live."

if the person asking this was intellectually or emotionally or challenged because of alcohol or drug use should this AI be telling anyone this?

NO.

But, AI doesn't have real life experience in the world like you and I do.

So, Garbage In Garbage out.

And what would this mean in the example I'm giving you?

People could die!

And this is the real problem with AI worldwide.

If you aren't a mature adult to begin with and you listen to AI you could die.

So, giving AI to children to play with could be fatal and sometimes will be.
