As you can see the whole country right now is pretty cold. Even where I live it is presently only 59 degrees near San Francisco on the coast. So, even the Pacific ocean isn't making things much warmer today. However, it's also true it's cloudy and might rain between 1 PM and 1 AM today too. IT's now 12:45 pm Pacific Time where I live in California.
I was just checking Austin Texas where it is usually pretty warm year around and they might have snow there by Saturday which is interesting too that far south.
