Presently 19 degrees in Austin Texas going to 18 by morning

These temperatures are strange to me because I have also experienced a 116 degree Heat index in both Austin and San Antonio Texas. I took the boat ride through the center of town on canals then in San Antonio Texas and at my age wondered if I was going to survive it. So, when I got off the boat ride I went into a place with air conditioning before I passed out in this humid heat from heat prostration.
