First of all, Greenland (because of Global Climate change) is prime real estate just like northern Canada and Siberia for the future.
Another interesting place that will become more important is Antarctica which will eventually melt off and be inhabitable more too.
So, understanding these things will make Trump's financial Greed make more sense in Venezuela and Greenland.
Remember, Trump is NOTHING if he isn't a Real Estate mogul first.
