It is a very rich oil nation but it is also a lot like the Taliban regarding it's Shia Zealots.
I don't think Trump is ready for a 20 year Guerrilla war against the Shia Zealots like we did in Afghanistan and then eventually we still had to leave AFghanistan after 20 years under Biden.
So, in this sense the Iranian Shia Zealots don't have to win this war they only have to not give in ever just like the Taliban did in Afghanistan.
Trump isn't ready for any of this and seems to think in terms of more European warfare and is not ready at all for an ongoing Guerrila Campaign (with Shahed Drones) against the United States and Israel.
The United States will survive this war for the same reason we survived the Viet Nam WAr, and the middle Eastern WArs and even AFghanistan.
However, Israel likely won't survive this long term Guerrilla war against them.
And this is true even if Trump blows up every bridge and power generating facility in Iran.
Also, look at Ukraine. Have they given up after Putin has tried to blow up almost every power generating facility in Ukraine? (Even in the wintertime when people and children might freeze?
When your back is to the wall, whatever your beliefs are you are never going to give up no matter what.
This Trump doesn't understand at all!
