The Ukrainians have used these "Suicide flying hand Grenades" to kill around 30,000 to 35,000 Russian Soldiers every month. This is the main reason why the Russians aren't taking more Ukrainian ground because they are being killed like this when they least expect it 24 hours a day.
Since video is often taken while the suicide flying hand grenades fly into Russian Soldiers desperately trying to shoot the drones and usually not succeeding before they impact the soldier or soldiers. Basically it appears that even if you see the drone before it kills this person by hitting them and blowing them up it is often too late to save yourself from dying if you are anywhere out in the open. So, anytime a Russian soldier is walking around 24 hours a day they could be killed by a Ukainian Flying Suicide Hand Grenade miniature drone.
Zelensky was asked how much it costs him to kill a Russian soldier this way and he said about $1000 a kill.
This is the main reason why Russian soldiers haven't completely overrun Ukraine yet by the way.
Why can't Russian soldiers save themselves with an automatic rifle?
Because the drone is often traveling up to 200 miles per hour towards this soldier or soldiers. It's just too fast. So, by the time you even see the drone you are dead within a few seconds.
This is likely to come to Iran war if Soldiers go into Iran from any country too. The Iranians and Russians have learned this now from the Ukrainians.
