Healing

I have been exposed to many types of healing over my life partly because I grew up in Southern Califronia where people tend to travel the world more and have almost always therefore been exposed to more International healing methods used sometimes for thousands of years.

For example, Shiatsu, I learned
JIN SHIN JYUTSU is the Art of releasing tensions which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. Our bodies contain several energy pathways that feed life into all of our cells. When one or more of these paths become blocked, this damming effect may lead to discomfort or even pain.

About - Jin Shin Jyutsu

Later I learned about Accupuncture which evolved over time out of the ancient Pressure points
 and
energy meridians in the body. Both techniques which are really two versions
of the same technique where
toxins gather in muscles and since those toxins caused by overuse or stresses
in the body of various kinds
lock up those muscles in a similar way that when the brain tells the muscle
to be used. Only the toxins from
over using or stressing those muscles causes the muscles not to release
 for days, months or years
if that person doesn't get it to release in a hot shower, hot bath, through deep
 tissue massage or whatever.

So, accupressure (Shiatsu or Jin Shin Jyutsu) or it's evolutionary partner
 Accupuncture work to release those
toxins from muscles that won't release any other way. For example, my house keeper
 worked too many
7 day weeks for too many people trying to support her children and
her right arm froze up from this because
she is almost 40 now so a relative paid for her to go to an accupuncturist
and she took 2 weeks off work
and felt a lot better. I told her that if she plans to do this kind of work ongoing
that likely she should see an
accupuncturist or similar treatments once a week or once a month
for the next 10 years time at least.

So, people who work hard with their hands, arms and legs often need
 treatments of  either accupuncture
or accupressure or both. This allowed my father to continue working
as an electrician until he was 65
through his Electrical Workers Union in San Diego. He took a course
in Jin shin Jyutsu with Mary Burmeister
who learned it from her father who learned it instead of dying in China.
So, first her father healed himself,
then his family then everyone he could in Japan. Then After World war II
 mary Burmeister, (she is Japanese
but married and American soldier) brought it to California where my parents
took her course so they could
treat themselves after being treated by her for about a years time around 1959 and 1960.

I had a football accident and it caused me to keep fainting several times
after this including falling off a
high riser singing in my church choir also around 1960. So, my father
was standing next to me singing
and caught my head before it hit the hard church floor. So, he took me
 to Mary Burmeister who then
worked on me.

When my muscles released I saw many colors of Blue and green swirling
around me. It was pretty amazing
what happened when my energy flows opened up after being clogged a
month or two from the football accident.

The point is many types of alternative healing like accupressure,
accupuncture, Hatha Yoga have been pretty
much accepted now in the U.S. and Europe and around the world. However,
 there are also other techniques
that are more tied to being intuitive or clairvoyant that also can be taught
if people are gifted enough in this
direction too.

For example, a month or so ago I went to see a healer and he helped
me heal my heart. He said to me, "Your
body isn't feeding your heart properly."

With just that information I was able to look inside myself and help
complete the healing just with that
information. I realized my cells were still carrying some guilt from
my last divorce and I needed to let go of
that if I wanted to stay alive for my family so I could be alive to take
care of them all. So, I created a prayer
on the spot and started saying to my cells in my body:
"I release and give up all self hate from this
lifetime or any lifetime I have already lived in the past, present or future."
Within one week of this I was able
to give up taking any lisinopril for my heart even though I had had
to take it already 6 or 7 years to stay well.
I went to my heart specialist and they did a heart sonogram and
my heart compression had gone from
40% to 46% because of this healing. So, I haven't taken lisinopril
now for 2 or three months already. I
thought I might be free of edema as well but I found I still have to take
spironolactone as a diuretic to make
it easier for my heart to pump without the fluid that goes into your feet
otherwise from edema. But, I also realize
I may eventually find a way to heal that aspect of my life as well.

So, healing has many components to it if you are willing to go deep
enough into this study to heal yourself
or members of your family.
