Water is 10 feet deep outside and 5 to 7 feet deep in their home and so they have moved to their 2nd floor. They want to be rescued but people haven't rescued them yet and keep saying another boat will rescue them. Possibly, they think these people will survive because they have 2 stories so I'm thinking the rescuers are concentrating on people on the roofs of 1 story homes or who are using an axe to get through to their roofs from their attics.
So hopefully, all the people who haven't been rescued yet will be rescued in time. There are likely 6 children in this 11 person group. with several below 6 years of age with no water, no toilets, and no power at all with their first story under water completely already. This is on CNN as of 11:15 on Monday August 28th 2017.
