What is accomplished through Time Shifts?

It's sort of like weather warfare that all large nations on earth have been capable of starting in the late 1960s, it is a means to an ends. What is that end? or ends?

This depends upon who is doing it. However, time shifts can be fought by other nations and weather warfare can be fought by the largest nations too. So, weather warfare is practiced mostly against 3rd world nations who cannot defend themselves to reduce their populations by larger nations on planet and off.

However, time warfare is an entirely different matter. What makes sense in Time battles is not between the nations of this time by by the nations of another time or planet or groups of planets against the people of this time.

So, Time warfare (when it is an actual war and not just a skirmish between larger nations of earth is an entirely different thing.

Because it isn't about anything really happening to day or likely within 20 to 30 years from now, it is about things htat might happen 100 to 500 to 1000 years from now that people in the future or past or off planet want to accomplish.

So, there is nothing present that might make sense to most people other than overpopulation and global climate changes to make any sense of this at all generally speaking.

 So, here are some questions:

1. how many people are still alive on earth at any given time 100,500, 1000 or 10,000 years into the future.

2. What is the average temperature on earth during that time (in the future)?

3. How polluted is the atmosphere, water and lands during that time?

4. What is the governmental power most powerful at that time on earth militarily and economically?

5. What are their motivations?

6. Is there ice anywhere on earth still at that time?

7. How high is the water then (likely 200 to 300 feet higher above now) if there is no ice anywhere on earth at that time (the oceans). And  since the 7 seas are all connected they all will be 200 to 300 feet higher than now if there is no ice left anywhere on earth then (at least in the summers and falls).

8. How many people live in Antarctica then because of a nice climate there?
