Likely Karma. or As they say: "As you sow so shall ye reap". All the people now starving in government now have a vested interest in the end of Trump and McConnell. These are the two now responsible for the starvation of the families of 800,000 government workers. So, as these people lose their cars, homes, get evicted from their apartments nationwide etc. there will be more and more forces mobilized to get rid of Trump as president and McConnell as head of the Senate.
How will this come about?
That's up to everyone not only in the U.S. but also everyone on earth.
It's likely going to be very very messy at this point and not all people in government likely are even going to survive this physically or mentally.
