The main problem with a motorcycle helmet is that it is designed to work while air is blowing through the helmet while riding a motorcycle. But, if that isn't happening getting enough good air can be a problem. So, though a motorcycle helmet is an ideal device for preventing coronavirus it is also a breathing problem if you are not moving through the air. So, a way to solve this problem needs to be found before everyone is walking around wearing motorcycle helmets with their visors down to prevent coronavirus.
But the helmets I'm talking about have a visor and cover your chin. So, it is sort of sealed at your neck if the helmet fits right and snug. I have one of these for my motorcycle which is a 2009 KLR-650 that I bought new in 2009.
