Rich Still Keep Tax cuts up to $250,000

I thought it was interesting to read that:

Begin quote from Time magazine page 43 on December 10, 2012:

"(It's worth recalling that under Obama's plan, the rich would still keep their tax cuts up to $250,000)" end quote.

I'm not sure how many people are thinking about it in this way.

So, one useful way to look at it is that all people including the rich will have tax cuts on their first $250,000 in income in the Obama plan to prevent the fiscal cliff.
