MY first wife used to say to me, "Every food has a druglike effect. So, it's important to think about what that food is going to do to you physiologically, psychologically and spiritually before you eat it."
At the time this was sort of a revelation to me as I had never thought about food in this way before. As I ate different things I became more aware that what she said was true. So, it started me to think about what effect I wanted in my body. I also gave up permanently eating various foods that made me feel bad or crazy and unfocused like some sugary or MSG products.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
