Medical tape or bare neck likely cause of Pham's Ebola infection

I saw a picture of how Pham was dressed in protective apparel this morning and could not see the medical tape on her neck. Whether she wore medical tape on her neck or it was bare, either way this likely was the source of the infection now in both nurses. All Duncan would have to do is to cough at them while their necks were bare or with medical tape on them to cause their infections. Whether their necks were bare the likelihood of them becoming infected through their bare necks or taped necks when the tape was removed is the most likely scenario.

They should both now be removed to one of the 4 biocontainment units where people have the most intense and specialized training for this here in the U.S. and where necks are not bare or with medical tape but fully covered.
