I heard a very good point made on BBC radio on XM satellite to day while I was driving up to Shasta. The point is: "What is the point of isolating and quarantining Ebola Nurses and Doctors from Africa that come home when you aren't doing the same for Ebola Doctors and nurses treating Ebola patients here too. Otherwise, the whole thing is pretty unfair and really doesn't make any sense at all in regard to actually accomplishing anything or being fair to all doctors and nurses and health care workers working on Ebola patients both here and abroad.
However, because of the mutating of Ebola possibly over time into a more airborne virus like Flu or Cold the sooner we nip it in the bud in Africa the better. Because once it becomes airborne (it has had almost a year to mutate now without eradicating it completely) it could jump through mutation to a fully airborne virus at any time.
And if and when that happened you might have to kiss goodbye to 1/3 to 1/2 of humanity within 5 to 10 years.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
